The event as far as we were concerned, went very well, the weather was good, everyone we met were friendly and enjoying the event, meeting friends old and new. I thought it was as good as last year and with the weather on the saturday and sunday the whole place was so lively. Well done to all the organisers |

what can i say,my first time at sparkle,although only for the sat night,it was brill,will def be going next year for the whole weekend.

Sparkle 2012 was over in a flash! Now thats the sign of a good time. Fridays weather was poor, raining until tea time! We didn't let it spoil our nightout. One downside was most of the hotels hiked up their prices - still we found Eating at Velvet was fab, (the other restaurants on Canal St, Eden and Villagio's are on par) the bars are varied to cater for a diverse clientele - the Molly House and Richmond T-Rooms are chic and laid back, Via, Churchills and Napoleons vibrant and loud (there's dozens of others but I didn't manage to get round them!) The entertainment was spread round the village we went to see Yvonne and her Irish Sparkles night in the Molly House, after a few technical glitches it was a good craic! Several bars later we ended up a Naps and final got to sleep at 3.50am. The Sun came out Day time on the Saturday and is a must for all girls, you can't get 10 feet without bumping into someone you know or who's face looks familiar from CHIX! Girl watching as you sit and have a drink on Canal St or a stroll round Sackville Gardens listening to the band. Saturday night at Sparkle is the big night out so many girls, admirers, partners and general public massed on Canal St and the streets behind this year was no exception meal at Villagio's then round to New York New York and on to Via (tried to get further but all the places were packed we stayed in Via met some lovely ladies and dance the night away (advice -look after your feet or take a change of shoes!!lol) Finally back to the hotel a few more pics before retiring! In bed by 3.40 still listening to the crowds partying outside! So many people to look up and say hi too! I had a fab time - Well two days later and I'm still tired!! Each Sparkle I've attended has been different in its own way and I wasn't disappointed with SPARKLE 2012!! Hugs Lou xxxxx

A fab weekend. Friday night it peed down but we just hopped from club to club and got a taxi back to the hotel @ £3 :) The weather was very kind saturday and sunday. Met loads of friends from last year and lots of new ones this year. Will deffinately be going again next year. |

It was my first time at Sparkles, I had such an amazing time. It was my first time dressed on the street at day time as well the feeling is just unbelievable I felt great and above all safe. People very friendly attitude free you could see everyone was there to enjoy every single minute ... Thanks to everybody involved to make this amazing party reality and next year I will definitely going to be there again . xx |
