Not surprisingly for January things were a bit quieter than normal, but still such a lovely place to chill and enjoy yourself! If you like it quiet and are happy to chat up girls or boys then arrive early, if you want it really busy then wait until work finishes. |

The Xmas bash at Sweet was lovely with a huge crowd of girls and admirers .. loved a brief social as I was meeting a few friends (caught up with darling Suzie, flamboyant Claudia and lovely Roxy straightaway) ... enjoyed showing the delicious AnnA the delights of Sweet along with her friend Nikita. As I was in London, I decided that I'd try Sweet Wednesday after having heard so much about it. My friend who'd already been, said I ought to go as it's fun, anyway I attended the Xmas Bash, not expecting anything really. On arrival the staff were friendly the cook was very welcoming (a very nice buffet btw, although I was fuming with myself that I only got the tail end of it, lol ) and that welcoming theme was replicated by the cloakroom staff and the event organiser, Indeed I have to say that all the staff in the venue both upstairs and down were superb, and friendly. Plus I bumped into some people I knew from other venues. Tbh, my only negative was how small the basement/play area was, and that there were no playrooms per se, (but I guess that's because my local is Northwich Sauna Sauna, aka Slutwich), but putting that aside, I can't lie it was fun, if only this crowd was at Slutwich or this place was like Northwich, then it would be Nirvana. Anyway, Downstairs in the basement, I met some really nice people, and also had a few laughs. I put in a real shift, as I arrived there at 12 noon, and never left until after 8.35 in the evening. It was that good. If I was in London I'd certainly attend again, I've put the 16th December in my diary. |

First time there was made to feel very welcome and had lots of fun was quite the experience, had a great time and will definitely attend a future event. Highly recommend.
