Had a brilliant time at Richard’s summer BBQ, weather wasn’t the best but that did absolutely nothing to dampen (excuse the pun!) anything. Lovely to see the girls having fun and meeting some new ones. Plenty of food and drinks and thanks to Tamasin for DJing. A big thank you to Richard’s wife Alison who along with Richard was the perfect host. And the support is great to see as it makes our events a pleasure.

Was good to see Richard again who played a really great host who provided an excellent house and garden for a gathering of about 30 people in support of Trans-living. There was plenty of food and soft drinks. Weather could have been a little better but there was space inside for everyone. Parking proved not to be a problem. Magic show was entertaining, and there was music. Am very much looking forward to seeing the photographs. |

Lovely time with a wonderful host As usual in trans-living events there was a core of regular attendees who split their time between helping out with running the event, catching up with each other and welcoming any newcomers to the group. You never see anyone sitting on their own in places like this as if you are looking a bit lost someone will always be around to find you. The only problem is there is never enough time to talk to all the people you want to but that's what the next event is for. A big thank you to Richard for organising it and to all the helpers too. |
