Another pleasant evening with Norma and the girls. As always, very supportive, very friendly, ideal for those with little experience dressing out and others more experienced. Being able to change there is something I value.

A great evening after an enforced absence. Over 30 attendees at Wild Bytes, 12 of whom made it to the pub afterwards. Hopefully by the next one spring will have arrived!

A properly social evening in Wild Bytes and the LychGate. Lovely to welcome some new girls and visiting girls from Derby. If you're reading this looking for somewhere to get out to, come along, it's an open and welcoming group where you'll very soon feel at home.

Another lovely night spent in the company of friends and girls. another good turn out at the café and later at the pub where we comandered a corner of the pub and enjoyed the sound of bagpipes(hmm!) as it was Burns night, Sammy who runs the café always has a warm welcome and smile for us girls. A good first night out the any girls wanting a pleasant and comfortable first time out and they will be made most welcome by all. |

I'm not terribly social so I don't normally go to these gatherings but as Norma offered me a lift to Wolverhampton I thought I would go along. I have bags of confidence and live full-time as a transgendered girl and I must admit I have never had any problems mixing and going out in public even at the start but it was good to see how others who have more complicated problems can go out meet mix and feel free to be themselves the way I do. There were about twenty-three girls there ranging from the deeply transitioning to casual dressers. We met in a cafe full of chat and steamed up windows and then went onto a quiet traditional pub where they served guest beers, a decent pint and a proper coal fire burned making it feel very cosy. They were a lovely lot of people as well, some who had traveled many miles to see their friends. Of course it was all free, and I would definitely go again especially if I can come home feeling stimulated or perhaps was it just pleasantly tipsy. Jojo |

Last event of the year for me and a great one to finish on. Met over a cuppa or two, had a laugh and chat, wandered up to our favourite pub, greeted by the bar staff just like the other regulars, took a table and spread out like any group of friends in any bar anywhere. What could be more normal!
