First time out out in ages so decided LFF would be a good bet. I couldn't have been more right. Absolutely amazing venues, great atmosphere & lovely people everywhere I went. Leeds is easily the most friendly city I've ever had the pleasure of visiting & I've seen a few. Didn't get much stick from admirers (woohoo yay thank God I'm a minger lol) but those I did end up talking to weren't any hassle at all which made a nice change. Top marks all round! |

I'd not been for a couple of years but glad I went last night as had a good night. Cosmo as a hotel is a lot better than last time I stayed with an obvious refurbishment of its rooms. Viaduct is as I remember and fibre appears a lot less dingy upstairs and no screaming teen-agers twatting about that I saw before. Friendly crowd, both trans and not, occasionally too friendly but that can happen anywhere. Cosmo bar is a nice place to sit and chat and was open very late from what I saw. Will definitely go again, it's a long drive for many people I guess although it's easy to get in and out from the M1 unlike some other event venues. |

Super evening again. Can I suggest the Clayton Hotel as a good place to stay. £3 uber to Cosmo (10 minute totter on heels). Cheaper, larger rooms, great bar. Friday deals. Sign up and get £10 off the internet rate.

Yep....another crackin night, thanks again Janie x Where would I be without First Friday??!! If you're looking for a route out...as I was 18 months ago...you've found it!! You'll be among friends, you can dress how ever you like, you can mingle or you can hide in a corner if you want, you can relax...or you can head off out and go bonkers!😆 It's perfect. I'm a regular at lff and I have to say what an amazing friendly bunch of people all the attendees are,I didn't know a single person when I walked through the door into the cosmopolitan hotel bar for the first time,since then I have met some amazing people,Who now I would certainly class as good friends,if your thinking of attending do it,trust me you won't regret it...x

It was my first time at the event and was a little nervous but I did meet some nice girls and everyone was friendly so hopefully it will be easier for the next one. I enjoyed it Mark
