It is with huge sadness that on the 26/27th of November James or bigjimes passed away in hospital. I was a friend of James for at least a decade and a half and when I recently helped host his Summer party he and I agreed our friendship must be one of the most enduring in what is a transient scene.
Sally & I were honoured to welcome James to our wedding in 2015 .We went on Holiday with him in 2019.
James had a zest for life and was very much a glass half full man. Very supportive to many girls and had a delightful and slightly naughty sense of humour. He was very happy to escort many girls out, including myself to a variety of venues and in this respect he was quite unique, a true Gentleman.
As many will know he hosted regular parties at his home in North Kensington, London and was a generous and welcoming host. Latterly Sally, myself , Linda and Others helped to host them. They were always a total hoot , great fun was had by all and even though it was not so easy to get there on a Friday night it was a pleasure to be able to help. Before he fell ill we were even planning an Autumn party.
I know he will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure and honour to be his friend,
