I am 67, but pass for less, firmly in the closet, so straight acting. As explained below, I used to dress regularly but now very rarely: I have “morphed” into an admirer, the next best thing. I am bi. I love messaging other “similar” TV/CDs on Chix, bi or gay, but I don’t do chat rooms (prying wife). Meeting in person is normally difficult because I cannot accommodate, being married to a disapproving wife, but for what it’s worth I live just south of London and have recently retired, so am flexible with time, happy to travel and visit girls who can accommodate or happy to meet me in public. Despite my height (6’2”), I was very convincing when dressed with long "dancer's" legs, a brunette with grey green eyes. I first tried on a pair of my mother's knickers aged only 6 back in 1963, heaven knows why or why then but very glad I did. I was away with the fairies in this forbidden out-of-bounds feminine Alice in Wonderland like world, light headed and knees weak, indescribably aroused between my legs - tiny but bullet hard. I still love generously cut high-waisted nylon knickers, open bottomed girdles, conical bras and petticoats from the 1960s.
I used to keep my clothes in a suitcase stored at the Philbeach Hotel in London’s Earls Court and used its make-up service, enabling me to dress there convincingly and regularly whenever I wanted to weekday afternoons or evenings and safely lead a double-life. I normally dressed as a Miss Moneypenny type secretary and had acquired a fabulous mother-of-the-bride outfit which got the occasional airing. I also used to love putting on perfume - I love Red Door and Avon’s Unforgettable (which my mother used to wear in the 1960s and still available). Although it was sleazy, the Philbeach is sorely missed. The closest thing today in London are crazily expensive dressing services which are neither central nor convenient in their hours. My suitcase disappeared when it abruptly closed in January 2008: as a consequence, I dress only occasionally now, usually when my wife’s away, or very occasionally with other girls who can accommodate and kindly let me dress up with them. This leaves me very frustrated plus envious of the t-girls who can dress whenever the mood takes them. In particular, I miss the serene calm place that dressing takes me to. I have been a girl secretly trapped inside a male body all my life and dressing is the only time I can align exterior and interior. All my photos were taken pre-Philbeach closure, so over 15 years ago.
I attend Sweet Wednesdays occasionally (very central location in Kings X but sleazy) and Lovejoys more frequently (10 minutes walk from Sutton station, very civilised in a spacious former vicarage, everybody is incredibly friendly) attending both as an “involuntary” admirer.
I find reading other girls' stories of how and why they first started dressing, describing their early experiences and feelings, particularly erotic and, in many cases, very evocative.
