The LGBThq and Sticky Bits Cafe are here to support the LGBT community, family, and friends. If you need information, advice, someone to talk to, or to chill and relax over cake and coffee, we offer all this. The centre is still being developed and we need your input to make sure we get the services in the centre right to suit the needs of the LGBT community of Cumbria and surrounding areas.

At present we house Sticky Bits Cafe; Pride In North Cumbria - Pinc youth group; Cumbria Pride annual LGBT event; a free counselling service; social & support groups; consultation & fundraising events, etc. Terrence Higgins Trust also operate within the centre, should you require sexual health advice; & we are also a 3rd party hate crime reporting centre who has close contact with the local police.

There are always volunteering opportunities available. We are in the process of developing offices. It is possible to rent office space, hot desking, use the venue for community consultation, or hire the venue for conferencing, meeting space, or a social or fundraising event, free wi-fi is available
