The number of girls attending this event has diminished considerably, so much so, that the revenue collected is now not covering the cost of the hire of the venue. It is very important that this monthly event is supported by us girls. otherwise it will be lost.
Hi ladies, here is a list of forthcoming events at Clyst St George Parish hall monthly meeting.
This months meeting tomorrow, Friday April 12th, as always will be at Clyst St George Parish Hall starting at 7.30pm.
After the success of previous months we will again be selling second hand clothes and shoes to raise funds for the group, so please bring along anything that you no longer need.
Unfortunately Luci of Taunton wigs has had to pull out for this Friday. She has however agreed to rearrange for another meeting. Many apologies for all of you who were looking forward to this (I know I was).
For the 10th May meeting we have a special guest lined up who has years of experience on make up and will share their knowledge and skill to make this evening a 'must attend event'.
It will be another great evening, so put the date in your calendar. More details later.
We are still keen to arrange for an experienced Trans photographer (transphoto.co.uk) to come in to take portrait photos of those who are interested. Cost will be £20 each and we will be speaking to attendees to find out who is interested. If you can’t attend this Friday’s meeting and are interested please message me.
Finally, please note, that for those who attend regularly or even infrequently, that there will always be a quiet place for those who only wish to have chat over a cup or two of coffee with their friends.
Our intention is to bring in events of interest to the community, to keep it alive, fresh and intact but just as important to keep its core value of a safe place for have a chat and giggle.
