This Wednesday (and Tuesday) I am going to be in Blackpool for a change of scene, anyone who wants to is welcome to join us and some of us will be staying at the Pink Poodle Hotel in Blackpool where Lilly our host makes a lovely and chilled Blackpool home from home for us. I have reviewed the Poodle in Chix venues, search "poodle" there and you will find the link.
The itinerary for the Wednesday daytime will be flexible, I will be wandering around Blackpool shopping, eating and twittering at people and you are welcome to join me. Blackpool has a big Primark, a Roman clearance store and a TK Maxx so it is easy to fill a day shopping here.
Later in the day the fixed points will be;
4pm ish Afternoon tea and cake and chat at a venue I have yet to fix but it will be good.
7:30pm a group diner at the The Layton Rakes, upstairs. This is a Wetherspoons but suitable even for the shy and new as the staff have had to deal with me and they now now how to deal with any Trans person :)
After dinner we will just make it up as we go but we will only go to places that everyone is comfortable in and feels safe to go to, I promise.
Anyone wanting to stay at the Pink Poodle must contact Lily and organise a 50% deposit to make sure you get the rooms that you want. Without that Lily can not guarantee a room, there are 8 rooms in her hotel.
