Trans Only Hotel for over 25's only. The owners Lily and Gaz have created a very Trans MTF friendly, home from home here. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable and have everything you need including good light in the bathrooms for makeup.It is perfect for trans ladies new or experienced and their companions or partners because it is safe, accepting and without prejudice or judgement.
Room rates are very competitive and they also have solo and one night only rooms. Discretion is assured when making a BACS transfer as it doesn't show as "The Pink Poodle" on your statement but as a payment to Lily's male business partner at the hotel. Not unreasonably as they have limited rooms available, they do expect payment in advance. I did this and everything was easy, trouble free with no complications.
Location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the North Shore Train Station, (in sensibe shoes) close to the trams and busses and only a 5min walk to the centre of town.
Lily keeps a "bring, swap, donate" section in her hotel so you can bring and leave your unwanted items and pick anything to take away with you from the items other ladies have left there.
For those of you with dogs as companions they also specialise in having some pet friendly rooms.

It’s always an absolute joy to stay with Lily and Gaz at the Pink Poodle. This time was no different. Everyone are so friendly and the atmosphere is fabulous. It’s an amazing place to stay whether it’s your first time out, or you just need a clean place to stay. As this was my birthday weekend I was treated to birthday banners, Prosecco and chocolates. Absolutely perfect ❤️ |

Corrected from previous version, where I was reviewing the wrong establishment. The Pink Poodle is a cute guest house, specialising in Tranny clientele. It is exceptionally clean, safe , friendly and welcoming , thanks to your lovely hostess, Ms Lilly. The room was everything you want, but the entire gaff is decorated and furnished by a mixture of Liberace, Marie Antoinette, Julie Garland and Quentin Crisp.. It's a tranny camp paradise of glam kitche. Unlike Legs 800, the bog rolls arent padlocked, which is additionally appreciated. There's room to also socialise and meet and greet and bitch with the other bitches. 10 out of ten on the Cropper scale, even though Lilly had only just promoted me from my previous 9/10. Xxx |
