Wednesday 3rd September
Manchester social is our every Wednesday thing with something for everyone. There will be locals and visitors from around the country. Everyone out with us will be open, friendly and chatty. You can either be trans visible with me in the afternoon and early evening in the city and surrounding areas or trans discreet hanging out in the Village with the regulars who prefer that.
If you want to be introduced to people please come and ask me as if you sit quietly on the edge of the group I will assume you want privacy and I won't disturb you.
Those who prefer not to leave the Village;
6pm to 9pm you will usually find ladies in Via or Velvet on Canal Street.
8pm-ish to 11pm we will be in Via as Iconic is still closed for their post-Pride staff break.
11pm-ish people will usually stay in Via on Canal Street or drift off Centre Stage or NewYorkNewYork which are both on Bloom Street.
Those who are comfortable away from the Village;
From around mid-day I will be going to Cheadle Hulme and then Stockport shopping, both are easy to get to by train from piccadilly. Message me if you want to join me but please dress to fit into straight locations that will have mothers and children around and wear shoes that you can walk at a sensible pace in as I have too little of my life left to spend any of it waiting for someone to catch me up.
From 5:30-ish to 7:30-ish I will be eating at The BishopGate, 7-11 Lower Mosley Street M2 3DW the attraction being their limited but tasty £6 main courses menu before 6pm though their standard main menu and after 6pm prices are still reasonable for the city centre.
8pm-ish I will hang out with those in Iconic.
10:30pm-ish to 3am-ish I will wander out of the Village to where ever seems a good idea at the time, welcome to join me but it will involve some walking so needs sensible footwear.
