This is a large, private, secluded, 4-bedroom house, discreetly hidden away from any neighbours or prying eyes, ensuring your safety and privacy, comfortably hosting up to 50 to 70 guests. A large discreet garden ensures any summer fun can extend outside.

We always encourage dressing for the party themes, when applicable, but it’s not essential, otherwise, smart and sexy.
No trainers, t-shirts, jeans, sportswear, or hoodies. If no effort is made to dress appropriately then this means you could be turned away.
Personal hygiene is paramount within the lifestyle so please ensure this when attending.
