Set in a spacious private home near Burton-on-Trent, The XY Club is a new midweek daytime event designed for like-minded, verified guests who wish to meet, socialise, mingle, and, if they choose too, play—within a safe, discreet, and non-judgmental environment.
We also run our now legendary, dedicated bi/trans TABU parties every six weeks on a Saturday night at The Lifestyle Lodge house. All who attend our TABU parties must be bi/trans/gay/bi-curious.
My large four-bedroom house and gardens, also know as THE LIFESTYLE LODGE, provide a welcoming, intimate atmosphere where you can truly be yourself.
Discretion and privacy are always paramount.
*A contribution of £20.00 per person is required to cover costs for The XY CLUB DAYTIME events
**A contribution of £25.00 per person is required to cover costs for the TABU parties.
Our parties will always welcome new people who wish to discover more, and who are looking to become part of the lifestyle scene.

This large secluded 4 bed house discreetly hidden away from any neighbours or prying eyes ensuring your safety and privacy and comfortably hosting up to 50 to 60 guests. A large discreet garden ensures any summer fun can extend outside.
All of our parties and events are designed to provide a safe, secure, discreet, and welcoming environment where you can relax, be yourself without judgment, and connect with like-minded people from the lifestyle community.
DRINKS:
The Lifestyle Lodge parties are bring your own booze. Soft/mixer drinks available from us for a small contribution.
HOTELS:
There are several reasonably priced hotels in the surrounding area, one is very close to The Lifestyle Lodge house.
DRESS CODE:
We always encourage guests to dress smart and sexy.
No trainers, t-shirts, blue jeans, sportswear, or hoodies.
If no effort is made to dress appropriately then this means you could be turned away.
Personal hygiene is paramount within the lifestyle so please ensure this when attending.

SOME BASIC RULES.
The XY Club/The Playgrounds operate a NO means NO policy, in a no pressure, no obligation environment. We expect all our guests to ALWAYS display a basic lifestyle etiquette, along with a high level of personal hygiene within the house.
We promote a safe sex policy at all our parties & events.
Strictly no use of mobile phones within the house, also no pictures/filming unless permission is given.
No smoking in any areas of the house, only in designated smoking areas.
Failure to comply with The XY Club/ The Playgrounds house rules will result in you being told to leave.
The XY Club/ Playgrounds have a zero tolerance drugs policy, any person found using, distributing, or taking drugs will be removed from the houses.
This will also affect your attendance at any future XY Club/Playgrounds events.
