I cant connect to the chatrooms

If you are unable to connect to the chatrooms, it could be caused by a number of reasons.
Our chatrooms require a web browser with full HTML5 and websocket support.
This is unlikely to be a problem, as nearly all modern web browsers support this, including most mobile devices.
Our chatrooms do not require Java, Adobe Flash, or any other third-party plugins.
If you still having issues with tvChix Chat, try temporarily disabling any ad-blocking software you are using.
If that does not help, consider trying it with a different browser, to see if you have the same issue.
We recommend Google Chrome as it tends to have the fewest problems, and is the browser we test most heavily with.
Other options are Firefox, or Microsoft Edge (comes pre-installed with Windows)

Finally, if you still cannot connect to chat, please use the Technical Support Forum describing the problem in detail (being sure to explain which web browser and version you are using).
