Hi I'm Alice,
I suppose I should mention (if you haven't already guessed) that my absolute favourite book was Alice in Wonderland when I was a child and I always wanted to be her. So given the chance of choosing a name for myself it was always going to be Alice. I am still ever searching for my wonderland though, haven't managed to quite find it just yet :)
So I started crossdressing like a lot of people at quite an early age, mainly because I really loved the clothes but also because I have always had a lot of strong feminine personality traits that needed some expression, even despite becoming very good at hiding them. I guess I have always found it hard to understand why its only ok to express one side and not the other. Conforming to stereotypical gender roles and social expectations just wasn't and isn't really me, I still like a lot of guy stuff its just that I generally feel more feminine on the inside . I have many a time tried to call it a phase and thought it was something I could just stop, I've tried giving away all my clothes and things but it never lasts. Silly really because it clearly is a very big important part of who I am and who I have always been :) I have now stopped kidding myself and truly started accepting that I am transgender, I think I would really like to fully transition at some point but that's a really tough decision, I'm not even really 'out' yet and still have to boy mode a lot sadly. I did finally find the courage to open up to my girlfriend and she is being really supportive! I still feel I have come a pretty long way in my own mind and I'm sure it will all work out when the times right. I'm still a relatively happy person and do enjoy life so that's the most important thing :)
Ok there's all the very deep and meaningful stuff out of the way so here's a little more about me. As far as my interests go, I like hiking, photography, festivals, the theatre, as well as snowboarding and rock climbing, general outdoorsy stuff and pretty much anything to do with mountains. Oh and of course there is my life time obsession with dresses and shoes! I have a very varied and diverse taste in music, I'm a little bit of a rock chick at heart but I really do listen to all sorts of things really.
I've turned 42 this year (2024), I'm quite slender looking, 5ft 6 tall, I have hazel colour eyes and shoulder length wavy fine light brown hair. The first 9 or so pictures are of my real hair that I've spent ages growing and I've added a few subtle highlights too, the other pictures are a little older so i'm wearing wigs in those. I recently started taking hrt over the past 12 months now and it's had some really positive effects which I love, some changes are already becoming a little tricky to hide but that's more than ok as I've always known I can't just hide forever!
I'm mainly here just hoping to make some new friends and find some special people I can truly be myself with.
I'm a very friendly and caring person and love meeting new people so don't be afraid to say hi. Just please keep in mind that I am in a relationship so I'm not interested in dating at the moment. I've been super busy lately as well so sorry if I take ages to reply to any messages.
