My name is Chloe, and whilst I've been trying to commit for a while to this so can't say I'm "new", I am new in the sense that I am finally ready to become myself.

Update 22/3/2019:
Well...things have been a bit fluid recently. I am now 25 and whilst a little bit more experienced am still presently no closer physically to being Chloe. However - BIG NEWS!! I will (finally!) be moving out on September 1 up to the Midlands. Only 163 days to go as of writing this - yes i am counting - and am super excited. For the first time in ages I am optimistic about the future but also really really keen to finally embrace Chloe into my life. I still don't know whether I'll ever be Chloe in everyday life, or even in public, but the chance to be myself at least in private is just so exciting and wonderful. Already looking up wigs, and shoes, and clothes to be prepared as soon as I move in to be firing off orders XD
Update 06/04/2021:
Well.. this has been a very strange couple of years. Took me far longer than I ever intended to accept who I was and to open up to myself. But finally am Chloe - at least on the inside. Gradually building my wardrobe, gradually looking to gain experience with other people. Accommodating is still difficult, but hmu guys and gals! Pics are so very outdated, so will look to add some new ones sometime, but can also send you them directly too!

Finally ready to be brave enough to go out and meet people. Not sure how convincing I am actually am, but tired of being myself only indoors on my own. So, don't be shy! If you're in the area, lemme know! Love to meet people :)
Update 08/06/2023:
Well, been a rough 18 months. Did manage to get out there a little bit as Chloe. Have a bit of fun. Then sunk into a pretty rough depression, that I'm still battling against. Attempted suicide in June 2022. All in all, not been the best time. Hoping to try and get back on the horse going forwards.
Am still looking for meets and, especially, that super supportive guy(s) that'll help me along on my journey!
