Well its the 29th of March and I have lost 8llb. I haven't lost the weight rapidly, basically just under a pound a week, but in that time I've been away on a week break where there was food supplied, which was fattening.
So I'm back home and this week i lost 2llbs and I am hoping to lose another two by next week. Having lost half a stone, my next goal is to reach the stone loss mark. Happy healthy eating everyone!
5th April, well I lost 4lb this week, so next week I'm looking for that 1 stone star, yehaa!!
13th April OMG I went to my fathers at the weekend he cooked pizza, tiramisu pudding, trifle, well you can guess, neither gina or i reached our stone we gained arhhhhhhhhhh.
Still back on track today, lets go for it!
19th April and I've reached that stone loss, brilliant. Lets keep up this healthy eating.
17th May, well i'm struggling but I'm back on track.
7th September, slowly but surely I have now lost 1 stone 8lbs, don't worry folkes my boobs are still 36F!!!

Slowly, slowly catchy monkey they say, well I have finally reached my 2 and half weight stone loss, don't worry still 36F that was achieved on the 2nd April 2012. Really want to lose another half a stone for my sisters wedding on the 10th of May 2012.
2nd September 2013 I've lost 2 stone 8lbs. I did reach the 3 stone mark, but my meds seem to be playing havoke with my weight.
Three weeks left to my wedding, so the gloves are off. My last ditch at looking good in my wedding dress. It fits now but I want to look really slim in it.
The weather is sunny, its fantastic, its so great to be alive, i mean this genuinely, I found a lump in my chest last christmas and wasn't given the all clear conclusive results until march, this happened to me in 1995. So really I do love life and do feel its so precious, in saying that, whatever your dream is follow it, its a one way ticket and we need to enjoy ourselves here.
Next week il be accredited to do spray tannings, I've now done eye brow and eyelash tinting, eyebrow shaping. Also completed the foundation application now as well, mini facials and some eye shadow application. Enjoying this make up course:). Need voluteers for myself to practice on, so please get in touch.

Now looking to do the waxing and nail course this year 2013.

On the flip side of this I do not fear death and I have been seeing spirit for quite a few years, I have done quite a few readings but not professionally. Recently went to Margam Park for the week, to improve my medium and psychic ability, trying to get it more precise in giving people names, anniversaries, birthdays etc. Doing email readings etc. Basically providing more exact evidence. I have been in hospital for 3 weeks, struck by a serious condition caught by a cold. It went straight into my blood stream attacking my knee joint, called septic arthritis. The pain was beyond anything I could imagine. Bed ridden for two and a half weeks, the ward was shutdown due to the Nora virus. Therefore I saw NO one. That had to be the most miserable experience I have ever had. I'm not going into detail because I would bore you rotten. But can I say its great tobe home, to make a drink when I want to, to eat what I want, to see friends, family, pets, to talk the magic of having my life back and feeling wind on face can not be described. Militant life style does not suit my personality. Anyway I'm back bad as ever hehe. Filthy, kinky, abit slow on my feet but next week I hope to throw away my crutches. Yipee!!!!!!
March 2014 Well my leg is on form, rabbits have taken over my life a bit, had a fabulous time at the BBB recently. Planning to go to lots more events and really enjoy myself.
I'm still a Pro dom, have been forever it seems. Thinking about getting a normal job!
My father is seriously ill so just chugging along in that regards.
Sadly my dad past away on the 25th April this year and his cremation was on the 13th May 2014. He seems to me the greatest person who ever lived. He made so many happy, he was so diverse and full of fun and laughter. I loved him, still love him and will always love him.
