Who am I? Well, as my name indicates I'm a secret dresser, one of many I would guess. I dress in what you would call every day clothes, skirts, boots (flat not high) usually some type of jumper. Sounds a bit "frumpish" I know but it's what I'm comfortable in.
I've been exploring and trying to find my inner femme for a few years now on and off. What I haven't managed yet is to go out into the big wide world, fear of reaction I guess, something to do with my lack of skill in the make-up dept.
I've been out to very very very isolated places where it's unlikely to run into anyone, I like to drive while dressed also. It's a bit of a cop-out but I atleast feel like I'm making a few strides in the right direction at a pace that's suitable for me.
Why have I joined? I want to learn how to do things a bit better I guess. I'm not very good with the make-up part of my dressing. I'd like to improve that and in turn that would, I think give me more confidence to try going out a bit more in public.
I've in Aylesbury now, not the most exciting of places but I've been to worse. I to be brave enough to venture outside en femme, when is another question.
I don't think I'm looking for acceptance or maybe I'm am. I just want to feel comfortable with what I do. I don't feel guilty anymore, I used to but no longer.
Anyway, I guess overall I want to be able to be confident in my appearance.
As for me, I'm about 5'8 browm hair which I keep shortish as this helps with my wig. I have brown eyes and a general build, not too "muscley". I've been exercing a bit recently to try an trim my waist line a little without adding any muscle mass anywhere at the gym.
I would say I'm very inexperienced when it comes to make-up, wigs breast forms. I have them just not sure I do them justice. In fact I'm pretty certain I don't but, maybe, with help of you girls here I can make some progress and get outside the house.
