I would like to start by saying a really big thank you to everyone who has posted lovely comments and birthday wishes in my guestbook, I am genuinely touched and appreciate all comments. Please be aware that I have an open mind and am not judgemental, so if you correspond with me and you do not share my interests or you are not open minded please do not judge me, just respond to me in a polite manner, it’s just good manners. By simply not responding at all will say far more about you than me.

It looks like the worst of the pandemic is now thankfully over in this country at least although the war in the Ukraine could have an even bigger impact on our lives. Whatever grumbles we have in this country they are nothing in comparison to what Ukrainians have had to endure which is what I keep reminding myself of.
I am a 60 year old guy who has been dressing for over 50 years, I would not describe myself as convincing when dressed (at least not facially) but, what does “convincing” actually mean and who do I have to convince ? I am not a great one for tags but, if I have to describe myself I would probably say that I am a trans woman at heart and I love absolutely everything feminine.
Despite what you can see on my Flickr pages, I DO NOT SMOKE, I never have and never will but, I love using them as a prop / accessory and always have a packet in whatever handbag I am using, they are also a good prop along with a handbag when taking photos as it gives you something to do with your hands. You see lots of girls in photos but their pose can often be unnatural because of their hands. You just have to ask yourself, if you ever seen a woman posing for a photo like that and more often than not the answer will be no. Holding a wine glass, a cigarette and or a handbag can give your hands a purpose when taking a photo and will make your pose look so much more natural.
My attempts to appear feminine enough to successfully blend when out in public usually entails wearing on trend items from well known fashion retailers such as MEXT, coordinating my outfits and maintains a real attention to detail, and most importantly, I dress suitably for the environment that I happen to be in and appropriately for my age group. For the most part, I pay a lot of attention to what other women in my age group are wearing, this is an easy way to see what works and what doesn’t. That said I can still make some serious fashion faux pas. I like to dress in smart but casual style with hopefully a touch of class. I go out regularly fully en femme although since COVID hit I have not been out anywhere near as much as I used to for a number of reasons. Im a real shopaholic and have spent thousands over recent years on my ever expanding feminine wardrobe collection which would be the envy of many women. Whilst on my retail outings I enjoy relaxing in a Costas with a nice coffee where I can look over my latest purchases and enjoy even the simplest of things like the view when I look down to see the sexy outfit that I have selected to wear for my day out.
I have short grey hair, am an average build and have a moderately hairy body. I normally keep my legs shaved for at least six months of the year although with foreign holidays being off the cards due to the pandemic it has allowed me the opportunity to keep my legs shaved throughout the last two years. I am currently a size 16 dress and have been dressing for over fifty years. Like many others it all started after trying on lingerie that belonged to my mum and my sister. I am bisexual and confident when out and about fully en femme especially when meeting men. I enjoy correspondence with others who share my passion including male admirers and am happy to meet for a coffee whenever possible although for me this tends to be when I have a day off work. I am very open minded and do my best not to judge others but, if you would like to correspond with me in an open and honest manner, I would ask that if I happen to include something in my correspondence that you do not like or something that is not “your thing”, then please have the decency to at least explain this rather than ignoring me and any further correspondence that I might send. We all have traits, fetishes or pastimes that someone will object to but like the old saying goes, let he without guilt cast the first stone.
Many of my hobbies are those that are normally done in isolation such as photography but, my main passion in life is without doubt my obsession with all things feminine. I am not one of those girls who focus mainly on stockings, high heels and short skirts, not that I don’t like or own them but, it’s just that because I have been dressing for over fifty years I have developed or progressed to such an extent that, I will wear everything and anything that a woman might wear, I basically have no strict rules or boundaries which I believe is closer to achieving true femininity than if your particular fetish restricts you to a narrow range of clothing and footwear. My own collection of clothing, footwear and accessories has been largely purchased over the last ten years and in the last few years my spending has been getting a bit out of hand.
Each particular item of clothing, footwear and accessory in my collection numbers into the hundreds, the exception being handbags of which I currently own around 45 to 50 mostly leather and almost all brand names. I have around 50 to 60 skirts and as for my coats, gloves, scarves, dresses, tops, underwear, tights etc I have over a hundred of each and my biggest problem (next to my spending addiction) is finding somewhere to store everything. My footwear collection numbers over two hundred pairs (seriously).
I have met a number of guys over the years, some good and some not so good but, I like to think that one day I will eventually meet the right guy and it might just be someone who has the courage to actually approach me and start a conversation with me possibly when I am in a Costas. Just in case, in normal times I often visit the Inveralmond branch of Costas so if you ever see me in there please feel free to introduce yourself as I will be more than happy to have a chat over coffee.
I recently met a genuinely nice guy on here and I must admit from our first meeting I seriously fell for him but unfortunately his personal circumstances meant that his ability to meet or commit was severely restricted so, with heartfelt regret I had to accept that we wouldn’t be able to have any kind of meaningful or relaxed time together. I don’t mind corresponding but, ideally I am looking to meet a nice local guy on a fairly regular basis who is willing to spend time with me.
I am on here once again but, not expecting anything. I think you just have to roll with whatever life throws at you and hope for the best outcome, the world has been in turmoil for the last few years now and by the looks of things it could be a few years before we see any light at the end of what has been a very dark and grim tunnel. So keep positive, be kind and never stop dreaming. If anyone wants to chat I am happy to correspond until such times as life can go back to normal. I prefer to meet guys in their Male mode, I am okay with meeting Crossdressers. However, I spend a serious amount of money, time and effort on my appearance in order to blend comfortably when I go out in public en femme, it’s really helped me to be confident when going out on a regular basis. Many Crossdressers for whatever reason might not look or feel confident enough to be out in public and I fully understand having been there myself many years ago so for that reason it’s more preferable when I am en femme for me to meet men in their Male mode. That said, I am also keen to meet nice guys who might just enjoy my company, they don’t have to be Crossdressers, they might just have an interest in girls like myself or are possibly looking for a girlfriend or casual relationship. I would also like to correspond with a local girl who in time could meet discreetly on a reasonably regular basis.
