I hainve had gender issues since I was a child and at times have had to keep my needs in check. I was out and about some 15 to 20 years ago but male life/ responsibilities took over which has been hard at times.
However, as I approach another decade I need to express the other side of my personality more and with the support of my wife I am now making steps to restore Claire's life. My wife is really great and allows me freedom to dress and will come with me to Trans Weekends but she is not keen on being with me in more normal surroundings.
I am 5ft 7in, usually blonde hair although it varies and heavier than I would wish to be. I do try to dress and wear make up appropriate for my age most of the time but I'm sure we all enjoy experimenting! I am looking to make friends who are supportive of this side of my life and look to socialise both in the trans community but also the wider world.
I am not "out" to my family and friends as yet and so do need to use some care and discretion and I am still working in my male guise.
I think I have a sense of humour and my other interests include Boats, Motorbikes and Rugby (mainly League) - it must be all the muscular men!
