Out to friends and family as such, so no problem to be seen outside anywhere with you, or to hold your hand in public. Am to old, wise and non pc to care what anyone else thinks anymore.
I say the above, purely because (other than I want you to know, you're not just some bedroom secret) over the last 20 years I have lost many a "so called" friend, due to the gender of my partner, it used to hurt once upon a time, but hey ho...their loss.
