I'm a midlands T-girl who, in 2009 stepped out into the real world. Since then I haven't looked back! I have made a lot of very good, genuine friends in the last few years, people with whom feel I can at last be myself. What a relief!!

For too long I hid the real me away, now I am extremely happy and relaxed when I am Gill. I'm currently on a course of treatment involving laser and electrolysis to get rid of my facial hair. It isn't the most painless process but the wonderful girls providing the treatment for me help to ease the pain! So thanks to them!
I have always felt slightly uneasy with life in male mode. I have been putting on an act for most of my life. I really only feel natural and comfortable when in my feminine guise. The rough and tumble world of boys was never really for me. I realised that at an early age.
I would urge any girl who has ever even thought of stepping out, to take the plunge. It can be daunting at first but you'll never look back. there are lots of friendly girls out there.
