Update 30 May 26
So I finally plucked up the courage to come out and told my siblings, close friends & sole work colleagues about my true feelings and identity. All those fears, worries and stresses accumulated over the past 40 years or so vanished in an instant as everyone was either very supportive or just accepted me for being me. No excuses now and time to finally live my life the way I want to live it. I’m super elated and excited for the future.
Hey everyone,
I have had several accounts on here over the years and have come back yet again - I can’t keep away lol
I suppose you could say I’m a fairly typical trans girl. I’ve stopped questioning why I’m drawn to wearing women’s clothing—it’s simply a part of who I am. I find it exciting, liberating, deeply fulfilling and totally natural. From a young age, I admired the female form and would experiment in front of the mirror with borrowed makeup, bras, underwear and clothes. Not much has changed, except now I buy my own clothes & makeup and I spend more time buying female clothes than I do on male clothes(!) Why is it when a female wears male clothes, nobody bats an eyelid, yet when a male wears female clothes, it’s generally considered strange?!
I’ve always felt that I was born into the wrong body. I often wish I had been born female—it feels like it would have been a much more natural fit for who I am inside. Growing up in the ’80s and ’90s, things were far more conservative. If I’d had access to today’s internet and the supportive communities that exist now, I’m sure my life would have taken a different path. I probably would have embraced a more openly feminine lifestyle much earlier on.
Lingerie holds a special place for me—bras, knickers, bodysuits, stockings & suspenders—I especially love satin and lace, though colorful, playful sets with delicate trim are just as exciting. I’ve always admired women who dress with confidence and style, whether on the street or the tube. There’s something captivating about the way a well-fitted outfit highlights the curves of the body—tight pencil skirts, jeans hugging the hips, a cinched waist. That structured, trussed-up feeling from lingerie— lace, and fasteners around the chest, waist, and thighs—can be both sensual and empowering.
When I dress, I’m trying to channel all of those feelings and inspirations—the beauty, the poise, the subtle confidence. Even though some clothes might be restrictive, they actually make me feel more at ease, more myself. They affect how I move, how I sit, how I express myself. My whole personality seems to shift—more expressive, more open, more aligned with how I truly feel inside. It’s a personal celebration of femininity.
I’m 6’3” barefoot, of average build, and do my best to pass. My hair is a mix of blonde and brown, depending on my mood. Dressing this way brings me comfort, joy, and a strong sense of identity—and I’m grateful that the world is slowly becoming more accepting of people like me.
Single, bisexual and looking for that special someone to enjoy and share this incredible journey with 😘
Big hugs, Tanya xxx
