Hi I’m Joanna, out & happy trans woman. Most of all I love being with my beautiful girlfriend Michelle - my love & my soulmate of some years. I adore her.
I’m a fairy quirky, independent person & I love to laugh & enjoy life. I began transitioning 5 years ago. I work in the public sector, mostly from home thankfully.
I’m mostly on the scene in Harrogate & Leeds. I’m 5’ 10”, average build, brown hair, brown eyes. A few different pictures on my old profile (which I can no longer access) Joann4. I don’t “pass” & I wouldn't look to - I’m proud to be trans.
My hobbies include drinking Prosecco & performance singing - in a choral society & with a teacher (& karaoke!). I also love spending time with my wonderful children. I’m former Royal Navy (can’t you tell..?).
What am I doing on here? I think it’s important to be part of this supportive community & stay in touch with friends.
Quick note: I occasionally get kind offers to meet up/travel the world as a “compagnon d’amour”. This is very flattering but I have a girlfriend I love dearly and I’m also a parent and a working professional. So these things are unlikely. Always happy to chat, though.
