I recently became a double below knee amputee. I’m still up for meeting people however you may need to push my wheelchair around and we would need to go somewhere that has disable access.
Hey everyone, my name is Maisie and I’m a trans woman from Leeds.
I’m currently in the process of transitioning to full female. I originally was going to have surgery this year however due to my accident losing my legs that will need to wait until next year sadly whilst I learn to walk again.
My big issue right now however is that I do not have much of a support network and need more friends to support me through my transition as it’s thus far been an extremely lonely journey.
So my big goals out of this site are
- Make new friends
- Build confidence to go out and have drinks and food as Maisie
- Maybe fall get into a relationship (though, I doubt this will happen)
- Find happiness
A bunch of people ask me about my hobbies and I figured listing my hobbies might be good conversation starters if anybody wanted to reach out.
