October 2017 - I feel it is time to update.
My journey continues and I like myself more every day. This sounds all rather self-absorbed and pompous but then I guess it is my profile so I'm entitled to say whatever I like about me :) If you don't like reading about my world - stop!
I have met some lovely people online here and understand that we are all at different stages of our journey. Living everyday walking the line between the constructed male me and Sienna: the true me, has its challenges but I can finally accept that I am a trans-woman and proud to be so.
I do hope to make some friends here. As the world is a beautiful, amazingly awesome place, even better when it is shared.

April 2017 - We have all been through it...
Fear, courage, excitement, purge - start again.
I have been here before. It was the only place I found true acceptance and understanding. Being married I felt that I was being dishonest. The reality is - I was. To my spouse - yes, but more importantly to myself.
Is this finally the time that I can embrace the true me? I have had conversations with family members and found acceptance easier that I might have thought. Pandora's Box is well and truly opened and I'm terrified and exhilarated.
That said, I am still in need of people who truly understand. People who understand that while I look completely male when non femme; I always need to talk with friends about make-up, and perfume... pretty dresses that are on sale, clothes that suit and the journey.
So I'm here. I'm genuine, if still a little afraid. To those of you I have chatted with before; hello again. To those of you I do not yet know. I hope to very soon.
Oh! The robot says I must talk about my appearance and description, I'm mature, gentle, kind and I love to dress in stylish but sexy feminine clothes. I try to live as a woman a lot of the time - even though my dress might often say otherwise. I'm 175cm tall, with grey hair that is perfect for all manor of wig styles, I'm not slim but appropriate for my age. I'm working hard to drop a dress size or 2 and so far it seems to be having an effect. I love heels and jewellery that matches my hazel eyes.
