I'm post-op but don't live as a woman full-time now. No regrets about the surgery, just found it difficult to live it 24/7 so made the decision to live mainly as a guy, but still enjoy expressing my female side.
I don't see this as a failure, or have a difficult life. I'm very content to live a mixed-gender life, and it works perfectly for me!
For those who find this odd, or can't get their head around it, think about your own life for a minute - how many people are in your life right now would not understand the hidden part of your life, if they knew what you do behind closed doors?
