So here is my state of the Union speech for the start of 2023! First of all thank you to everyone that sent me a Happy Birthday Message.
2022 was by far my worst year since 2009 when my Mum died. In September 2022 I lost my Father to a long term illness that resulted in my dad passing away in Hospital. I lived with dad so saw him fade away in front of my eyes. I'm lucky in that I have a wonderful Sister, and a great job that helps me deal with all this stuff. Also trying to keep busy with a second job and volunteering at motorsport events and starting to help out at a local museum. I might even make some time for myself and go away for a proper holiday!
Everyone look after yourself and hope for a better year ahead. x
And into 2022 we go! Thank you to you all for my birthday wishes. Quiet day but got a few days off work to go out and about. Everyone stay safe, look out for each other and enjoy when you can xx - Hopefully get out to a few event meets this year of course depending on conditions!
(2021) - Well, what to say about the last year? I think the Profile Rules would delete 9 out of 10 words I would write!! My thanks to all your birthday wishes.
I know this year has been tough for everyone, with no meet ups, events, parties. I hope you all kept safe and well and that continues. Hopefully, this year 2021 will in the end, end up better than the start. Keep in touch with everyone, the support you see here helps us all, whoever we are within this community.

(2020) - As the years creep onwards and another birthday gets added, I say thank you to all the lovely ladies on here that passed on their greetings. Little has happened in the last year, but always hopeful I go forwards. Hope you all get happy moments this year.
Another year has moved on, not too much involving the lovely ladies here due to work and other stuff. Did have plans for the week of my birthday this year (2019) but a stinking cold has put paid to that. Hope to make up for it soon! Also, thank you for the 2019 birthday wishes xx

Hi there, I'm David now hit the big 50! which my sister enjoys reminding me about! Not that age bothers me. Single at present, I'm here to find friendship, possible more in the future. An admirer for a period of time, which thinking about it I should have recognised a long time ago, so am trying to catch up on lost time.
