Well its 2021 and I think things are looking up. covid measures are releasing somewhat, and Sally is starting to build up Sally things again. Thank goodness for Next, Light In the box, LaRedoute, Long tall Sally, M&S, Sock Shop, After 8 shoes, on-line Debenhams, etc. I have to say the biggest thankyou ever to Abbie (SisterHyde) who found my lovely wigs and evening bags after about a year and sent them back to me. I can't recommend SisterHyde highly enough. ive re-rented the storage and Sally cant wait to get out again. Also dieting and going to the gym doing lots of aerobic excercises to lose weight gained through covid. Really bad idea discovering on line cases of cider and beer. Was very nice though.
Unfortunately 2019 and into 2020 has been really bad for Sally. A real annus horriblis. Discovered mum was rapidly degenerating. To cut a long story short she died boxing day 2019 but dealing with all that no Sally time that year. In the same week that I told work about it they decided not to use my company anymore so no more income. My company paid for storage of all my lovely Sally things , so straight away had to cancel the storage contract and nearly everything went to the charity shop or the clothes bank. I donated a few really nice things to Abbie for other girls to use. Now were in lock down. At least I can keep in contact with some of the other girls. I had some really lovely dresses. Now Debenhams is closing. What an awful time. xxx
Well, went to the Xmas BNO. Just loved it. Actually had a compliment from a gg that she said I looked stunning. Had on my gorgeous metallic green sequin dress from Hot Squash. Fitted like a dream. Had lovely emerald green nails to match and as usual, Michelle worked her magic with my makeover. Was a bit more sensible this time and took a little black bolero jacket to keep the frost off my shoulders when outside waiting for a taxi. The refurbishment upstairs at PP with the new cocktail bar is so lovely, and so is the new pink room. I so missed that pink room. Met the lovely Natalee when stood by the fire pit. Looking forward to next visit already. By for now. xx
Nearly Xmas bno time 2018. Am I getting excited. New sequin dress ready, gorgeous metallic emerald green nail varnish to go with the dress, had to get a new black patent clutch bag to go with the shoes, 10 denier sheer black tights, lovely black undies. Absolutely can't wait. Makeover booked with Michelle of miss frocks. Only about 3 weeks to go. XXX
Just been to the Sept. BNO. Absolutely love it there. Met some lovely friends. Also made a point of saying hello to the stunning Jeanette Noir as I subscribe to her U-tube channel. Makeover as usual courtesy of Michelle who always does such a gorgeous job. Had such lovely gold nail polish. It makes you feel so good when you get compliments- one cis girl said how much she loved my dress, and another said I looked gorgeous. A chap tried to chat me up saying he thought I was the sexiest girl in there, and another chap while Sat next to his girlfriend took my hand and kissed it. Makes you feel so good. Making bookings for the Xmas bno. Argh - done it again, just had to buy this sequined party dress for the bno. Just had to, it's gorgeous. Bye for now. xx
Oh Wow. Having to walk through duty free in Stanstead airport and not being able to stop and totally drool over the stands of totally gorgeous OPI nail varnishes. I so wish I could have stopped and maybe got a couple. I think they are the best shades ever. xx
This is sounding more like a blog - anyway - way too hot !!. Just went to the pub for lunch with my LaSenza undies on underneath. Nice Wonderbra pulling my boobies together, but wore a loose filling man shirt so no-one could tell unless they looked really close or bumped into me. Put my crystal clear nail varnish on before I went. Going to give them another coat in a minute. Womens clothes are so much more comfortable in hot weather. Just got back and straight away put my lovely pale blue low cut, sleeveless summer dress on as soon as I got back. Everyone's away this weekend. Did my Freddie Mercury impersonation while hoovering in my dress, ' youve just got to break free'. I know I said below that I was 80% Sally but Im sure its more like 95%. I just sit there longing for Sally time and sitting in my office filing my nails like any self-respecting girl should do. Anyway, got to get back to doing those nails - they just have to be perfect. April update - went to Happy Wednesday's & Love joys, then the BNO, then the Convent. Met lovely friends. Makeover with Michelle as usual, and got a room in the Doubletree for £49. Just cant do without being Sally. Go to sleep most nights wishing I'd wake up as Sally. I've started painting my nails with clear varnish for work and trying to keep them a bit longer and a nice shape. Need a nice evening jacket, so off to Debenhams again. xxx
March 10 update. Sally had a fairly sparse time mid last year. I was getting so frustrated as everytime I planned something I had to cancel. Arghhh. Anyway, managed to get to the Nov and Dec BNO's and loved it as usual. My goodness, the Dec one was cold. Went to Michelle for my makeovers as usual. She is so amazing. Have started staying at the DoubleTrees now. If you book a couple of months ahead, you can get a lovely double room for less than the Camp. In Dec, after my makeover, ordered a taxi from the hotel, and only had to wait 2 minutes, but in that 2 minutes i nearly froze to death. -2 DegC and a slinky, thin mini dress dont mix. Unfortunately, on New Years Eve, i was taken into hospital and diagnosed with pneumonia. Great start to the new year - 4 night stay in hospital on oxygen, a drip, iv and oral anti-biotics. i had booked to go to the March bno but chickened out due to the cold weather - maybe next month if its a bit warmer. saw my friends at the Convent in Feb. see you later. xx
May update. Had a great day lunching with my lovely friends @Cait_ & Superbreeze_Rebecca, in Aldeburgh. Must have been a force 10 gale and had to hold onto our hair but had a great time. Had photos on the beach. Just come back from the May BNO and wore my lovely blue dress. Have to thank Michelle of Miss Frocks for a great makeover as usual. She gave me gorgeous pearl effect dark and light blue nails which I really didnt want to clean off. Had a fab time with the lovely Sarah. Off to the Convent on Thursday. xx
April 17 update. Onwards & upwards. Sally's having a great time. Been on a Friday night to Quay Pride in Great Yarmouth with lovely friend Cait. Have to practice getting in and out of her sports car somewhat more demurely! Met other nice girls there. More Happy Wednesdays. But the big one has been a full Sally day out in London. Parked the car at a central line station, got the tube in. Walked round Oxford Street looking in the shops, sat for a while in Soho Square. Absolutely loved it. Wore my lovely washed denim mini, nude tights, blue casual Debenhams top and my little black leather biker style jacket. Did then experience Sweet Wednesdays. Definitely an experience! and one for the tgirl cv. Had no hassle at all around London. Didn,t even feel i got any untoward glances when sat in a busy tube train. Loving Sally life. xx
10/3/17. Sally is furthering herself again. For the first time ever, walked on my own through town at mid day to meet a friend. Absolutely loved it. Didnt notice anyone even batting an eye-lid. Bit scary at first walking past people, a full cafe etc but soon didnt even think about it. Maybe my dress was an inch or so too short for mid day but loved it. I will do that more often now Im getting a few more day time clothes. Funny episode - Id identified a parking area to change and put my makeup on, but had a trickle of cars slowly going past. Later on, on the way back changed and took my makeup off. More cars this time and some came close and almost looked in. Only found out later, that parking area is a local dogging spot. Maybe somewhere else next time unless I want some customers ! Booked the May BNO xx
18/2/17 update. Onwards & upwards. Went to the Feb BNO. Joined up with the lovely Cait, who, poor girl, had broken her wrist. Then luckily had 3 whole days of being Sally. Went to the Convent & Pinks. A first was getting fully dressed & made up at home, then leaving in the car & returning as Sally. Had fun with the unexpected security light coming on. No sneaking in, in the dark then. Off to HW next week. Loving life as Sally xx
Wow, cant believe it. Before going to the Annex, it was suggested that we went out as girls to a Thai restaurant. Went for it. Best experience of Sally's life so far. Loved it.Have to thank so much to Viki for this, and guiding myself and the others who hadnt been out in public before as well. Such as step forward . Michelle was great, loved her, so much fun. One of the other girls, has never been out at all before and was physically shaking, but with much hand-holding, has calmed down by the end of the night. Hat off to her, so brave. Then on to the Annex - lovely friendly venue, must go there again, and had lots of photos taken by the famous Curvy Claire, which Ill post after Ive sorted them.
A few days before, went to Happy Wednesdays at Lovejoys. I love that place, so friendly and so much fun. Off to the Feb BNO, then going to try Pinks at Harlow. Sally definitely has her wings and is loving being Sally. xx
Start of 2017 - been to the Convent again, off to the Annex in KingsLynn, and Happy Wednesdays soon. Made bookings for the Feb BNO, and Sparkle. Bad Sally loves her shopping. 6 dresses (Debenhams sale is a killer), mustang boots, another wig, and now have 2 storage lockers to keep it all in. A girl has got to try and look her best. Still in a quest to find the best way of achieving shiny smooth legs. Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate, then epilate. No 7 Body Scrub is really nice. Sooo girlie.
OMG! Had such a gorgeous time at Happy Wednesdays & Lovejoys. I must thank the fab Suzie for being such a great hostess, and to the amazing Pearl who did my makeover. I had a superb time with the lovely Amanda (such gorgeous legs), Angela, Rebecca, Bea and the gorgeous, bubbly Hollie. I apologise in advance if Ive forgotten anyone, I dont mean to. I'm defintely going back whenever I can, best place ever.
Last week, had coffee with Steph, who had the most lovely legs. Then went onto meet the girls at the Convent again. Met with the lovely Lauren & Danielle. Then also chatted with Viki, Angela and of course our hostess, Mary. Off to Happy Wednesday at Lovejoys next week. Bad Sally's been doing more shopping again. Should have been Christmas shopping for others, but how can you resist all these gorgeous shops. I'm going to plan in a trip to the Annex soon, and maybe another BNO. I'm also thinking about Sparkle 2017 especially if I can meet up with some friends. xx
11/11/16 Update - just had a lovely couple of hours with Queen Bea in Colchester. I'd asked her to do a makeup tutorial, giving me tips and guidance to improve my makeup skills, and she did just that. Thanks Bea, then we finished off with a few photos. Lovely time. Im looking forward to Bea taking me out in Colchester sometime.
15/10/16 Update - yeeeeeeey - I did it. Went to the BNO last Friday. Met some lovely friends. Got to the Camp on the Thurday at 2pm. Used the afternoon pampering. Shaving and shining, laying out dress, shoes etc. Shopping on the Friday morning. Had to get out of there before I spent even more. 2 new nail varnishes and a nice Ted Baker clutch bag to go with a dress I bought recently. Back to the Camp for more pampering. Then off to Michelle at Miss Frocks for an amazing, gorgeous makeover. A big step was to meet the other girls in the bar at 9pm - would there be anyone else there? of course there was - it was great. Then walked over the road with a group of girls. Lots of dancing , chat and wine later, only went home at 3am. Absolutely best time ever. Loved it. Sally definitely will be going to more events to meet more friends.
I have always been a t-gurl at heart from a very early age. As I mature the urge seems to get greater and greater. I think, inside I’m 80% gurl and only male on the outside. Love dressing up, and using my make-up at every opportunity. My style varies between demure and sometimes slutty. Travel sometimes for work so my travel baggage can be quite huge. Love shiny wear, shiny tops, shiny short skirts and mid calf, to knee boots but always heels or wedges, but also have some longer dresses as well. Never had anyone to share this with as I’m in a family situation. Am very nervous about meeting anyone. I do not pretend I am the perfect shape but I’m working on that and desperately do want to have a nicer girly shape. I think I have good shaped legs but not really long , please see my photos. I tend to wear strawberry blonde or champagne medium length wigs with shiny medium shade pastel red lipstick but it can vary to a muted berry colour. My waist is thicker than I like but I'm working on that. In tights no heels I'm 5ft 10 inches tall.
