It as been a long time since I updated.
Latest pic was taken in Spain had 12 days with friends which I needed and was a fabulous time.
Not been here much just getting on with so many other things life throws at me.
Still not sure why but i suppose i live in hope.
Not getting out as much as I would like!
My lower back is damaged but not been to bad for a few years it happened in 1988 a sports injury.
I do try not to give in to it but if I become spasm nothing but time and taking it very easy (like their is a choice) until I can building back up to my normal. I do get stressed as pain brings on IBS which I find is made worse if I use pain killers, it is a balance that does not always work and I can become very unwell indeed.
So you can tell I like to make or fix stuff when able.
I have been on here for a good few years and met a few nice men and T girls.
I look forward to my mail and do try to get back to everyone.

Let me make my mind up about you. Long term commitment to each other is what I want, not a quick shag! If you cant afford me the basic security in our life's, then it looks like I'm going to be single for ever. I put everything I had/have into becoming the person I am today. The results well look and see not that bad for nearly 63 now!
