hello my lovelies, I trust that you are all well?
not been here for a while, unfortunately Mrs B decided to tell me, while we were on holiday, that she wasn't coping well with Penny. so I have decided to dial it down a bit. Not going away completely, just fewer occasions. but I have decided that it will be occasions that I dress for...so...give me reason to dress girls..!
on a positive note, it has made me clear out some items that I was never going to use or wear.
other positives...as always, thank you to those of you that leave and make lovely comments, and to whoever sent a valentines, thank you...it is all appreciated.

Sept '23.
so, something new happened this month...because the stars aligned in my favour, I was able to attend Surrey Swans meeting. it was wonderful. about a dozen people all dressed for a very pleasant evening of chatting and...well chatting mainly. it was great and if the stars are with me I shall attend in the future.
due to my go to person suffering a bit at the moment, I have continued to go out on my own and thus far everything has been fine and I have not encountered anything negative. generally people are to busy getting on with their own business to be bothered about me. I did meet a new girl from here the other week, which was lovely and may well happen again.
as ever, thank you all for your lovely comments...and the chats and emails...it is all really good to know that I am not alone doing what I do and the support received is great, am trying to give back.

August '23...
Hello folks...just a quick update...still no progress or change with Mrs.B....she goes out so I can get ready.!
And have been out a couple of times on my own...not my favourite thing, but sooooo good to get out.
I'm not sure that I'm "looking" for anything...but am happy to chat about allsorts...
Have had a couple of people mention and talk about local social meetings...so there is obviously a need or desire for it...will help and support thus where possible....

Hello all...I am really really sorry...I haven't been here for ages....for a whole variety of reasons, most of them to do with my anxieties and worries about dressing and being Penny...which is silly, but very real...BUT I am acutely aware that many of you have it a lot tougher than me so I should be more open and willing to help, assist and encourage all of you lovely people..just as I have been helped.
I shall come back in a few days and change/update the pictures on here.
as it stands I am able to dress about once a fortnight, and if possible I go out, even if just to browse in the charity shops (never underestimate a charity shop!).
once again, sorry for the absence....

so, it has been a year since I was outed to my wife...and what a year..!! as you can see from the picture, and my others here, I have developed quite a bit and am very happy with where Penny is now. Mrs B is still struggling but it is getting better and many small steps have been taken , though there are many more to go.
Penny now goes out, normally with or to meet, others...although she has been to sainsburys and done the shopping...it is wonderful and I hope she will continue to develop and grow as more time passes.

8/7/21....things still going ok...Mrs B still unsure and just says she is struggling and will have questions, but I am letting her take her time.
big step today, went out as Penny on my own, to the local supermarket and did the weekly shop. I am thinking I might continue to wear a face covering after the 19th.!
I have got a new job, so all the time that I have had will be severely reduced...so must make the most of the time I do get to dress..

29/03/21....things moving along slowly with Penny and Mrs B...she is looking to find support groups (or similar) so she can have the vocabulary to talk with me about Penny. BUT...she asks if I need time to get dressed and go out, which is Fantastic. (she hasn't/doesn't want to meet Penny..yet?)
And a silly little thing, but it is quite wonderful...I asked if Penny could put her clothes in the wash, rather than doing them covertly, and she said yes...
as always, finding this site wonderful and supportive, and still can't believe all the compliments that I get.!
made a couple of trips out...thanks Ashleigh...and met up with a friend who knows....
like I said...small steps...but looking forward to restrictions being lifted.....

26/12/2020......it is exactly 2 months since Penny was revealed to Mrs B....and yesterday (Christmas) she gave me a gift saying " this is for Penny".....my heart nearly exploded. Doesn't matter what it was, the acknowledgement is far more significant than the actual gift. I am a lucky girl..!!
have changed my name on here...was Uncle Pete...now Penny...!!

more updates...late 2020, coming out a lot more..partner is aware that I dress so that makes things a bit easier....finding my look a little bit more...perhaps the pelmet length skirts aren't quite for a girl of my years..!!
