We had a good crowd and a good atmosphere again, despite the delayed start. It is always different songs that people join in to and it was a bit of an effort this time to get people singing but some did. I hope everyone else enjoyed it it |

It was well attended all afternoon and I would like to thank everyone who came, especially the violinist from Argentina who joined in at the end, and Tanya from the pub, who played some reels on the violin, and of course all of our girls from St As and beyond.. The next one will be on 9th September and will be slightly different, as the owner of the pub wants to make it a party called "If you can't beat them, join them", where he and the other male staff shave their beards off and become girls for the afternoon. The idea is to show that everyone is welcome. More details later. |

Thanks to everyone who came. It was a bit quiet at the start but livened up after 3 o clock and the break to see the Flying Scotsman and we had a good atmosphere for the rest of the afternoon |
