We are a small friendly guest house on Lord Street, North Shore.
We are five minutes away from Funny Girls, ten minutes away from the Winter Gardens and North Pier.
All are rooms are en-suite, with TVs with combined DVD players. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, complementary toiletries and hair dryers. We ha various size rooms that sleep from, one to four people.
Breakfast is available. We offer a wide choice including full English, Homemade waffles with fruit and ice cream, omelettes and fresh salmon. We try to meet all dietary requirements including vegetarian and gluten free.
We have modern bar area offering a range of drinks including draft lager and bitter.
