TransAngels is a event night set up by 2 people who really care for the Trans community. Julie owns Angel Wigs and along with Zena have got to know many T-Girls. They realized that there is a definite lack of safe places for T-girls to attend and have a really good time. So they started TransAngels. With trans DJ, the event so far has been a great success. There is a £10 entry fee to cover costs. TransAngels runs once a month from 8pm on a Saturday, usually the last Saturday of each month. However this can change occasionally so check out the website at www.transangelsessex.co.uk for dates.
The venue is exclusive to TransAngels and is held in Cocos coffee bar 35-37 Eastern Esplanade, Canvey Island SS8 7DN.Parking to the right of the venue is free after 7pm.
Bring your own alcohol. Soft drinks , hot and cold snacks are available to purchase at the venue.
TransAngels is a great place to make new friends and to have a great time.

A wonderful evening, albeit a cold one as the heating wasn't working, (the venue was undergoing refurbishment) many thanks to Julie for organising, managed to chat with many friendly gurls and have a little dance. had a good time.

I spent another very pleasant evening at Transangels. Well done to Jules for organising this venue and for keeping everyone lively. On this occasion, sadly, the heating was not working but I have to confess I did not notice it. Some girls said they were freezing so I hope that is fixed for the next time.

A different event tonight as a huge crowd turned up to celebrate the 70th birthday of the ever young Tina Cross. The place was heaving, great music and dancing through the night. Please come along and try this place for yourselves....you'll always be guaranteed a warm welcome.
