A very small but uber trans-friendly pub with really good music, people and vibe. A good meeting point or stay place.

Unsure of parking as I do not drive but plenty of spaces available on and off street very near to this venue.
Dundee has a vibrant scene and you will always enjoy this place especially on a Fri and Sat night. We do get a large influx of students and out of towner's looking for a good place to go.
Although in the centre there is not many places where to careful about apart from the usual meat market type clubs and Mc. D's there is a large presence of police around these places when its kick out time, so baically stay away from the side streets when going back to hotel etc.

it was my first time dressed in Salty, Sat 2nd March 2019, so new comers are really looked after and entertained, so if you are coming down you will not be alone...for long ;) in fact myself and another Glasgow gurl were taken into the fold real quick and were given a lot of praise not just for coming out trans but to socialize as well. A big thanks to The The Salty Dog and its regulars for a wonderful night out.
