Description:
Convenient for Piccadilly train station and a 4 minute walk in sensible shoes, (add time to that commensurate to the height of your heels as I wander around Manchester in flats). The walk to the Village is along Piccadiily, then Portland Street and then Aytoun Street to Canal Street.Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are friendly, prices are reasonable for the location. Guests are generally tourists and business people with only a few, generally more experienced girls.
The CitiPark at 30 Tarif Street M1 2FJ is a small and tidy car park with a discount for Piccadilly Travel lodge guests. If you are a little early and need to park to waste some time you can stay free for up to one and a half hours in the M&S Outlet car park opposite.
When leaving the hotel you do not have to pass reception as the lifts exit directly to Piccadilly with reception being on another level. The walk to Canal Street can make it unsuitable for inexperienced or nervous girls as both Piccadilly and Portland Street are busy streets.
The walk is; turn left out of the Hotel and walk along Piccadilly until Portland Street, then turn right and keep walking until you get to Minishul Street on your left, keep walking along Minishul Street until Canal Street. This should take around 5 minutes in heels.
