This hotel along with the other Brittania will often be among the cheapest in Manchester, if budget is your only consideration then it possibly offers value for money but I would suggest checking it on TripAdvisor reviews before booking as they give insights into the current standards.

Location wise, it is central and about a 10 minute walk to the Village, turn right out of the hotel, walk along Tib Street to Piccadilly, walk left along Piccadilly or through Piccadilly Gardens to Portland Street, then left onto Minishull Street to Canal Street.

The walk will take you though some of the busiest areas in the City so it is not suitable for shy or inexperienced girls.
