Well located a short walk from The Village but a difficult hotel to give a summary of as it gets very mixed reviews so I suggest you check Trip Advisor and make up your own mind if this is a hotel that suits your needs.

Staff are usually well trained and usually friendly, if they are not it is because they are new and confused.

There is reasonably convenient parking at Q-Park Piazza under the Novotel in St. James Street, sat nav M1 4LX and you can prebook online at www.q-park.co.uk/en-gb/cities/manchester/piazza there is also an NCP reasonably nearby.

To walk to Canal Street, turn left out of the hotel, go down Princess Street for under 1 minute and you come to the New Union on your left which is the start of Canal Street.

Princess Street is moderately busy but it should not be too challenging even for nervous girls, I am up and down it most days and never have any issues.
