It is used by The Chardmore Society for fetish/SM parties and by various other swinger groups, etc
There is plenty of parking in the streets nearby. It is just over a mile from Sutton train station and it is 12 minutes by Uber from Morden tube station
Never go there when dressed, as this scares the neighbours! Always go in street clothes and change when you get there

House Of Dominion presents Manor Of Submission & Bare Authority at House Of Poitier in Sutton on Friday, May 29th from 3pm onward.
Manor Of Submission runs from 3pm to 7pm and is dedicated to devotees of BDSM & Fem/Dom – subs, sissies & trans are welcome to attend & serve the Mistresses in attendance.
