There is a large pay-and-display carpark to the rear of the venue on George street. Main tramline and bus terminals in Chelmsford city centre are 15 minutes walk away, or a taxi rank can be found to get you to the venue quicker. We have wheelchair access so no one will feel they cannot use Kinky Queer.

PLEASE ACCEPT OUR APOLOGIES FOR LAST WEEKS CANCELLED EVENT. AN EMERGENCY TOOK PRIORITY AND WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL. The venue is a pub that is used as a private function for Transmeets. The event offers social interaction on ground level. However, there are four large rooms upstairs that will be at the guests disposal for whatever they would like to do there. This is a free event if you wish to socialise with Tgirls & Admirers. However, if you would like to use the first floor facilities, you must purchase a ‘£15 room pass’ Drinks cannot be bought in to the venue. We have a licensed bar, and barista coffee bar, and also serve a variety of soft drink refreshments. The venue, Kinky Queer, is situated on Moulsham street, Chelmsford, CM2 0LD. It is a 15 minute walk from the Train/Bus stations in the city centre. NOTE: Venue name is BAR PLUS There are changing facilities available. We ask that everyone who attends respects our need for discretion, and that they display manners and ask permission before they engage intimately with other people present. A Valentines party for the whole LGBTQ community in Chelmsford, Essex, London, and other outlining counties. Saffron is an experienced and top quality Drag Cabaret Artist, who will supply a great fun night out for all. Bar Plus is situated in Moulsham street Chelmsford which is a 15 minute walk from the City Centre. We have a large carpark at the rear of the venue in George street and a handy rear access from the car park which is clearly signed for your benefit. Bar plus also offers rooms for hire for as little as 30 minutes to an overnight stay. Please be aware that this event is open to the public - the majority of whom are from the LGBTQ community. Therefore, discretion is required when discussing room hire. This venue is a safe haven, not only for trans people, but all of the LGBTQ people, and any vulnerable section of society who might benefit a venue and events with zero hatred. In fact. Bar Plus is an official ‘Hate Crime Reporting Centre’ with three qualified ‘Hate Crime Ambassadors,’ therefore, we operate a zero tolerance policy for any derogatory, inflammatory, phobic, speech from any customer who uses our bar.
