A modern take on the old style English pub with a great vibe and nice, classic style British pub interior. The main bar on the ground floor is usually busy and there is also a quaint little snug room. There is also a cosy dining space downstairs with an open kitchen alongside.

The menu is classic British pub grub. Ingredients are locally sourced, good quality and prepared from scratch. I recommend going on a Wednesday for their 50% off food offer but you should book a table as walk ins are rarely available especially at the peak time of 5pm to 6:30pm.

Service is welcoming, friendly and efficient, the staff take and serve orders quickly, even when busy and they clean up efficiently when people leave.

They have a good selection of different craft beers and gins all at a reasonable price for the location.
