Just off the west of St Peters Square and about a 9 minute walk from the village area in sensible shoes.

The menu is typical pub food at pub prices that are very reasonable for the city centre, weekdays there is a £6 offer on some limited main courses, drinks are usual chain pub choices but at fair prices.

They can sometimes be short staffed but the staff working are always hard working, efficient and kind.

The atmosphere is usually calm and much quieter than most city centre bars where entitled and rude people often feel the need to scream conversations at each other across their table.
