Our Private Venue opens for Events only. Secure gated car park opens 15 minutes before each event. Our exact discreet location will be given out to attendees only. The information here is a guide to the general area. WE ARE NOT IN CREDITON, but we are approximately 20 minutes by car from, Crediton, Tiverton or South Molton. Our listing is as a private venue for discretion puposes, please see below:THE FUN STUFF:
We're a little bit more than a private house
We have:
- 2 bars
- Pool table
- 3 social areas
- Multiple equipped playrooms
- Hot tubs.
- Bondage areas
- Display areas
- Large changing area
- Free Lockers
- Overnight accomadation optional
Not all areas are open for all events, depending on the event being hosted the equipment will vary as will areas open, so please ask if there is something specific.
We also have plenty of WC's and a large changing area with mirrors. Free lockers are included at all events.
Oh did we mention we have overnight accomation too!
Rules will be sent with confirmation of your booking, or can be requested in advance.
We are a no camera and no phone zone.

This event is one of the best event's for us girls in the area. Value for Money: The event has two entry prices £10.00 for social, and £30.00 for VIP for those who maybe want to have some fun. Venue: The venue is a fantastically well presented. It has recently had a full remodel. It has a pool table, bar serving Hot, Cold and Alcoholic beverages. A well lit and gated carpark. It has ample changing facilities. Atmosphere & Staff Friendliness: The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere is provide the friendly and relaxed venue provide by the event organisers. You will find people who are non-judgmental and welcoming. Security: You have to go through a vetting process, which make this one of the safest event's I have ever been too, I would go as far as to say 'I would personally guarantee someone's safety' I cannot recommend this highly enough. |

I had a lovely evening, very relaxed. Lovely to spend a few hours dressed. The host couple are very friendly and I had a guided tour or the VIP area. I will definitely be returning. The is perfect as it is out in the country and the vetting process makes sure you safe.
