Description:
A personal welcome awaits you in a relaxed atmosphere with efficient service. TransLiving International (http://www.transliving.co.uk/) have held their Spring and Autumn Weekends at Haddon Hall on a returning basis now for the last 12 years, as their service to and acceptance of Transgendered guests is excellent. The hotel has 75 bedrooms on 4 floors. There is a staff assisted wheelchair access ramp from the street and 2 lifts (1 from reception down to the cellar ballroom and another from reception to all other floors).
It is situated close to the sea front, some rooms have a sea view (less than 100 yards), an excellent restaurant and a superb cellar ballroom with bar to show off your latest frocks and dance the night away.
Car parking is available outside and in adjacent streets on a first come, first served basis, permits (scratchcards) costing £1 per chargeable day which must be purchased from the hotel reception on arrival (Suns are free, so £2 for a Fri - Mon weekend).
It is a 15 mins walk from Eastbourne railway station or approx £4.50 cab ride (10 mins due to negotiating the one way system).
The Grand Pier is 10 mins walk away and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area (i.e. shopping in the Arndale Centre) including the many tea rooms to visit and not forgetting the seasonal tour bus that goes up to Beachy Head.
Brighton, Lewes, Bexhill, Hastings & Rye are a short train ride away.
Above all, a perfect venue for a perfect stay...

Had a fab time at this new event for me. Met some really lovely people and danced the night away. Really well organised and whilst I only stayed one night I would recommend this to anyone going out for the first time. The hotel went out of their way to make us feel at home and were so friendly!
