Club Nasty made us very welcome during 2012 Pride and we have selected it as our regular meet place and probable final resting place (watering hole) for the evening. Plays excellent music and also attracts many locals as well as tourists and had no issues with the Trans Community (in fact the whole of Amsterdam had no issues with us lol). This is on the main strip of bars and clubs in the Rembrandtplein and is also where the main Amsterdam Pride stage is located. Club Nasty was stilling banging out tunes at 4.00am last year (later if its full). Check out the Amsterdam Pride Website for further information and hotel accommodation .

I had thee best time ever in this wonderful city .... yes it is in my top 3 cities in the world. Its whole vibe is nothing like in the UK. You simply must experience pride in Amsterdam xxx

A fabulous wekkend spent in great company. The canal parade was fun on the saturday afternoon, the various bands playing and dj's spinning their tracks set everything up for a great evening focused around Rembrandt Square. The ground moved to the sway and beat of the crowd as the tunes roared out across this great city. Breakfast on sunday in one of the local bars saw a lot of tired people and yet somehow the atmosphere was still lingering from the previous night...bring on 2014 :-) |
