Description:
Traditional canalside pub with restaurant on the north western side of Milton Keynes within easy reach of the A5 and approx 1 mile from Wolverton Town Centre.The pub has an outside garden and recently renovated patio area outside of a lower ground floor function room.
The pub which has recently had a change of 'guvnors' who claim to be LGBT friendly are still finding their feet in these post covid times are planning to hold some LGBT related events soon.
Limited parking is available across the road, also a gravel surfaced one nearer the beer garden (signposted from the road 'Galleon Wharf'), both a short a short walk away.
The lower ground floor function room, patio and garden is wheelchair accessible.

Another brilliant night with DJ Wayne and returning DQ act 'Son of a Tutu'. As before the act had everyone in stitches with her comedy and songs. This the event was held up in the main bar which may have put some people off attending, but there was no adverse comments from any residents of 'straightland' in fact it my direction it compliment after compliment. |

The 2nd of these 'new' events featured Miss Fanny Burns and she kept us well entertained as did the DJ playing all the right tunes with no insults or innuendos. Roll on the next one. |

It was the day after Balck Friday and also the evening after many local Christmas Lights switch on festivities so this had an impact on the attendance and naturally the overall atmosphere with 1 Lesbian, 3 T-girls, 4 gay men and a couple of others only present for some or all of the night.
