A relaxed social meeting of transgender folk and their partners, friends and families in The Lion Brewery, 104 Guildford Road, Ash, Surrey, GU12 6BT. We eat, drink and chat about anything and everything.
Andrea runs the show and maintains its website while Talia is in charge of our presence on tvChix. We are a friendly bunch, always welcoming, and hopefully you won't feel out of place.
The meeting is in a separate room that has its own entrance (marked by a red arrow on the right of the picture) so it's well suited to anyone that feels a bit nervous about taking those first steps. Food and drinks are available without having to go to the main area of the pub. People generally start coming at about 7:30 pm. It is possible to get changed and put on make-up in privacy at the pub, but please allow time if you'd like to change back as the pub closes at 11 pm.
There's an attendance fee of £3 per person. The aim of this is to cover the costs of using the room and also subsidise the cost of events that are organised from time to time.
NO ADMIRERS, PLEASE. This is our safe space.

As from 19th July 2021 the Government guidelines have been removed and Ted is opening up on a pre pandemic basis.
The government has asked people to take personal responsibilty in keeping as safe as they can.
The club opens at 7.00pm and closes at 2.00am.
Entry £6.00
There will be netting once again for a 'social' area.
Ted is running a cool night for T Girls and Admirers every Sunday. This to give an extra venue following the closing of the Philbeach Hotel in January 2008. Gosh! Is it that long ago.
You can park on single yellow lines on Sundays but do read the notices on parking just to be on the safe side.
