The club opens at 7.00pm and closes at 2.00am.
There is a great bar and a netted off play area with a swing.
Entry £6.00
NB. Ted would prefer a cash bar but can accomodate bank transfers.
PARKING
At the end of November 2025 due to pressure from residents, restrictions will be until 10.00pm (previously 6.30 on single white lines) 7 days a week in zones D, H and F Hammersmith and Fulham council.
This is from the club up to the Talgarth Road (West Ken station), through to Barons court and around Queens Club. Ted says that you can park on the West Kensington Estate, Thaxted Road, Aisgill Avenue'Gibbs Green, plus all roads leading into estate. It's by the old American Express Hotel 1st turning on the right by the club.
Ted has now been running his club since 1990 and it is a firmly established venue for T girls and their admirers every Thursday night. He also runs a more chilled out evening on Sundays and Mondays.
Thursday night is well known by the established community but there may be many newcomers who are unaware of one of the premier meeting places in London.
I wrote an article a few years ago on Teds Place for a magazine and append a slightly amended version below so that you can get the flavour of the evening.

TED’S PLACE
Hidden away in Fulham, west London, is one of the scene’s best known bars.
Walking down the North End Road, you won’t see flashing lights and bouncers outside the door of one of the oldest venues for trans people. In fact, you could walk past the entrance without knowing it was there. For those in the know, there is a big sign in the window in red proclaiming:-

Described as the ‘Friendliest Place in town’ it provides a unique meeting place for T girls, friends and admirers every Thursday night from 7 pm to last orders at 2.00 am.
The staff are wonderfully friendly and you are warmly welcomed by Ted,
who will invariably greet you with ‘Hi Babe. How’re doing?’
The club is in the basement
The club started in 1945 and was originally run by Ted’s uncle as The Sports Supporter’s Club, through to 1990, when it closed. If it hadn’t been for a chance remark by Ted’s mother, as they were walking past, that the premises were empty, the Club as we know it would never have evolved.
Ted had been running the bar and functions at The Hurlingham Club, in Fulham, and decided that he had the right experience for taking number 305 on. Ted’s Place was born. It ran as a general bar until 1992, when it became a women only club (Fannies), which won the Women’s Best Bar Award in the Pink paper for two years running.
Along with the regular evenings, there were Blind Date and Karaoke nights and Ted found that a number of T girls were coming along. He tells me that he had read an article in the Beaumont Society magazine and decided to start advertising in Time Out Thursday and Saturday nights for T girls and their friends. On Saturdays he arranged cabaret, with well known artists, such as Dave Lynn. This was about fifteen years ago but because of pressures on Ted’s personal time and the fact that other clubs provided venues on the Saturday night, the Club is closed Saturdays, apart from occasional special events.
It is possible that Ted could proclaim the Club to be by Royal Appointment. The story goes that one evening four young men arrived wearing male garb but faces made up as girls. One or two of the patrons thought they recognised one of the heirs to the throne and later they were spotted being whisked away in a car bearing HRH.
In fact Ted’s is host to many Queens and Kings if you think about it, so no big deal.
Ted’s has visitors from all over the world and caters for all T girls at whatever stage they are at. There are changing facilities in the loos but you must get there at opening time before the rush starts and I warn you it is very cramped.

Trans-Matters Social Group, are holding drop in evenings for members of the CD TV TS community, who like to cross-dress and meet others in a safe & friendly environment, so just call in any time between 6:00 & 9:00 & 9: 00 & 11:00. The event will be held every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. This is primarily a social group rather than a dating site. A chance to meet old friends and new ones. The aim of the group is to provide a social evening for existing members and help new members with their confidence in dressing and end the stigma and isolation that many feel. A chance to dress in the way you like and be yourself in the company of like minded others. We have members from all walks of life, in all shapes and sizes aged from 20's to 70's, we are not all glamour models so don’t worry, we all feel better and look younger when dressed and made up. It’s a fun and light hearted evening were you can engage in conversation on any subject you like, exchange dressing tips and make up ideas, new members are always made welcome, so no need to be shy you will not feel out of place. For those feeling confident enough we usually go to a local pub dressed after 9:00 to round off the evening. Check us out in male mode if it helps, but please introduce yourself xxx.

Every Thursday there is an Afternoon of Fun and Frolics
Come and spend an afternoon and evening of fun and frolics with like minded people in the North’s premier TV club.
Take advantage of our Thursday event. Entrance is £15.00 per person each time you attend.
The club now has the following facilities.
Sauna and a Jacuzzi
Bar and lounge with a separate lounge area
Separate changing rooms. The ladies room has 6 metres of worktop for all you womanly needs
A large central cinema
A large dungeon, decorated to really scare your submissive’s
Two private lockable playrooms
A lockable play room with a one way mirror so you cannot so you cannot see who’s watching you
A large open playroom, a smaller open playroom and a dark playroom
Two glory hole rooms
There will be a storage facility for storing your sexy clothes if you cannot take them home, There will be a small charge for this but this has yet to be calculated.
The club benefits from its own carpark with bus stops close by.

The post code, LS10 1RH, will give you a point to aim for.
Look for KwikFit tyre services and Atkinson’s Fencing and Decking on Low Road. Quest is on the side road between the two. The club is a couple of minutes away from the M621 motorway

The NEWCROSSDRESSER is back in action!
Hot on the high heels of my recent rip-roaring appearances at Vout-O-Reenee's, I'm over joyed to return for another night of oversharing and underdressing.
There will be more embellished stories from my past, more singing from an eclectic songbook and more opportunities for you and your friends to participate in the banter and badinage.
I'll be elevated in my platform talons hauts and you may be one of the lucky few to be put a pedestal and celebrated in all your glory.
Joined once again by my glamorous assistant, and the reason I get up in the morning, the absolutely fantabulosa Sydney Dow-Jones.
Our special musical guest will once again be the delightfully talented PJ Rox who will continue to charm us on the ukulele with her self penned songs and cover versions.
