Most of you will know that Julie was suffering from terminal cancer. I'm so very sad to report that she died on Friday. She and I started Retro Rendezvous five or six years ago because we wanted an event where girls could get together socially over drinks, and simply enjoy their femininity in a safe environment. Let's drink to her memory tonight. I think I will be in black.
Check the notice board in the entrance area to see whether we are downstairs or upstairs.
Tables booked from 8, but come earlier if you like. You may be the first, but don't worry. We drink, we chat, we gossip, we put the world to rights, we may flirt, and we always try to be stylish. Well-behaved male admirers are welcome to join us.
